Our family has both cats and parakeets, so these two cards are close to home.
I love how this little kitty is looking at the butterfly above with wonder in his eyes. I wanted to highlight some of the Sweet Sorbet hearts in the basket, so I used the Fine Tip Glue Pen to make a few of them dimensional. Such an easy technique.
I also had this little parakeet on my desk from a previous card-making session, so I thought he definitely needed to make an appearance in my Parakeet Party card and he perches beautifully on the basket of apples.
