ICS Blog Hop Christmas Stockings

Hello!

It's time for our monthly Inspire, Create and Share blog hop! This month our theme is "I am Dreaming of a White Christmas" and we're showcasing ideas using white on white! We hope you enjoy this beautiful hop and will become inspired to give the white on white look a try!

I used the Hang Your Stocking Stamp Set and Christmas Stockings Thinlits dies.  I don't know why I waited to get this combo.  I love making the stockings and the thinlits make it so easy to cut them out perfect.

I wanted some bling on this card, so I backed the white stockings with red glimmer paper and also added a red bow.

Along with the bundle, I used the following Stampin' Up! products:

Whisper White Thick Cardstock
Whisper White Cardstock
Red Glimmer Paper
Real Red Ink Pad
Brick Wall Textured Impressions Embossing Folder
Big Shot
Stampin' Dimensionals

I hope you enjoy my white on white project and all of the rest of the beautiful creations on this hop.  Please check out Joni Metra's blog for her awesome creation!

World Card Making Day Stampin' Up! Blog Hop

Welcome to our World Card Making Day Blog Hop using current Stampin' Up!® Products. This is such a fantastic way to celebrate this event with lots of amazing inspiration for you. You are currently visiting my blog - (Terri Takashige) in the (United States) and you will be visiting lots of different places in your hop today. There is a list at the end of the page which will help you to move along from blog to blog so you see all of the amazing projects!

I used Crumb Cake as my card base, with a layer of Whisper White and a layer of Crumb Cake stamped with the scroll from the Tuscan Vineyard stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink.  I also used the Sunshine Wishes Thinlits (my current favorite!).  I had the word "hope" sitting on my desk and decided it needed to go on this card too (why not?).  The dandelions in the Serene Scenery Designer Series Paper Stack make this card complete.  Of course, I had to add some Wink of Stella Clear on the white flower and the dandelions, but it's hard to see in the picture.

Every day should be World Card Making Day!  The look and smile someone has when they receive a handmade card is priceless.

Thanks for visiting my blog today, there are so many more amazing ideas and inspiration you don't want to miss. Remember that currently you are at my blog - Terri Takashige, so check the blog hop line up list to see who is next in the list.

Sunshine Sayings One Sheet Wonder!

Hello Friends!

I wanted to use the Sunshine Sayings Bundle (#142339) to make a set of cards using the One Sheet Wonder method.  The Sunshine Sayings Stamp Set is so versatile with 20 sentiments and 4 images.  If you count the words separately (thinking combinations here), there are 37 (if I've counted correctly). The Sunshine Wishes Thinlits also have words:  hope, love, congrats and sunshine, in addition to 3 great embelishment dies.  Oh the possibilities!

I stamped a sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" Whisper White Cardstock (#100730) and cut it using a template I found online by Kimberley Morris @procrastistamper: http://procrastistamper.blogspot.com/2008/06/one-sheet-wonderific.html.

Here are my 10 cards:

Enjoy your week and thanks for stopping by!  Please leave me a comment and if you'd like to purchase the Sunshine Sayings bundle and any other Stampin' Up! goodies, please visit my online store at: www.territakashige.stampinup.net.

Thanks!
