Paper Pumpkin Pop Up Blog Hop Be Mine Valentine

Hello and welcome to the Paper Pumpkin Pop Up Blog Hop Be Mine Valentine!  This time, we are showcasing alternative projects for the January 2019 Paper Pumpkin kit Be Mine Valentine.

The kit makes 24 pillow boxes.  It also coordinates with the Animal Outing suite in the 2018-2019 Annual Catalog.

I made up a whole bunch and gave them to my Stamp Club members this past weekend, but there is a lot of the kit left over.  Naturally I had to make a card with these cute chameleons!

I wanted to make some lollipop holders, but I didn't have lollipops, so I used Dum Dum suckers.  I think they turned out cute!

At last but not least, here is a cute kangaroo tag:

Here's my version:

This card uses a great technique called "faux fresco". My Stamp Club hostess this month chose this technique and I had to go look it up!  I found this great YouTube Video by Understand Blue:

Last Minute (Not Quite) Christmas Tags
