Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Winter Woods

Hello and welcome to the October 2019 Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop!  This month we are showcasing alternate ideas using the October 2019 Paper Pumpkin kit "Winter Woods".  This kit makes cards, and since this is the time of year I need all of the Christmas cards I can get, I decided to stick with cards, but then I had to add bookmarks too!

Here's the card designed by Stampin' Up!:

Here are my alternative cards (and bookmarks) surrounding the original in the middle of the picture:

I think this one is my favorite. I used the In The Woods dies from the 2019-2020 Stampin' Up! Annual catalog. I love how Paper Pumpkin can coordinate with annual catalog products!

Thanks for checking out my alternate cards!  Now it's time to check out Lisa's alternatives!

ICS Blog Hop Half Full

Hello and welcome to the December ICS Blog Hop!  This month our theme is a December to Remember, and we are showcasing cards or giftables.  For my projects, I chose both!

I wanted to make something with the Half Full stamp set (from the Stampin' Up! 2017 Holiday Catalog) and I instantly knew wine tags would be part of the gift.

The wine tags needed some pretty packaging, and in came the criss-cross box (I got this project idea from Wendy Cranford on YouTube here):  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dpJ2gDx0Dcw

And, since we are nearing 2018, a calendar also had to make the list.   I chose the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper Stack to make it more rustic.

Here are all 3 projects together (now I just need to get a bottle of wine to go with):

Projects Recipes (I have added them all at once):

Real Red Old Olive, Whisper White and Whisper White Thick Cardstock
Real Red Ink Pad
Cherry Cobbler Dark and Smoky Slate Light Stampin' Blends Alcohol Markers
Glitter Enamel Dot (Old Olive)
Half Full Stamp Set
Wink of Stella Glitter Brush in Clear
Stampin' Dimensionals
Be Merry Designer Series Paper
Old Olive Baker's Twine
Lots of Labels Framelits
Stitched Shapes Framelits
Layered Oval Framelits
Wood Textures Designer Series Paper Stack
3" x 6" Gusseted Cellophane Bags
Gold Library Clips
Wink of Stella Glitter Brush in Clear
Other:  Square Coasters (Amazon) and Mini Tear-off Calendars (Taylored Expressions).

Thanks for stopping by my blog today and next up in the hop is Candy Ford.  I am sure she's got something beautiful in store for us!

Have a fantastic day!

Terri

ICS Blog Hop Knotty Ways

Hello and welcome to the August 2017 ICS Blog Hop Knotty Ways!  This month we are highlighting ribbon from the 2017-2018 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog and highlighting Christmas.  With temps to reach in the triple digits this week where I live, I welcome thinking of a cooler time of year, if only for this hop.

There is a great special going on this month to get all of us in the mood to start early on our Christmas projects so we thought we'd provide you with some inspiration using ribbon for Christmas projects! Enjoy the hop and you can read all about the special at the end of this post.

I don't have a lot of the ribbon from the new catalog (yet), so I chose to use some Basic Black Baker's Twine on my Christmas card, which highlights the new Carols of Christmas bundle, available as a pre-release this month (August 2017), and also in the upcoming 2017 Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog.

Card Recipe:

Dapper Denim and Whisper White Cardstock
Eastern Palace Specialty Designer Series Paper
Window Sheets
Silver Glimmer Paper
Dapper Denim Ink Pad
Carols of Christmas Stamp Set
Card Front Builder Thinlits
Woodland Textured Impressions Embossing Folder
Foam Adhesive Strips
Basic Black Baker's Twine
Seasonal Layers Thinlits (snowflake)
Island Indigo Reinker
Other:  Silica Beads (dyed using the reinker and a container)

During the month of August, customers will have early access to one of our top-trending bundles from the upcoming holiday catalog!  Contact me or visit me at http://www.stampinup.net/esuite/home/territakashige/ for details about the Carols of Christmas Bundle!

Thanks for stopping by on the hop today!  Now it's time to check out what beautiful project Anna has in store for us.

Happy Hopping and Happy (early) Holidays!

Hugs,
Terri

ICS Blog Hop Christmas Stockings

Hello!

It's time for our monthly Inspire, Create and Share blog hop! This month our theme is "I am Dreaming of a White Christmas" and we're showcasing ideas using white on white! We hope you enjoy this beautiful hop and will become inspired to give the white on white look a try!

I used the Hang Your Stocking Stamp Set and Christmas Stockings Thinlits dies.  I don't know why I waited to get this combo.  I love making the stockings and the thinlits make it so easy to cut them out perfect.

I wanted some bling on this card, so I backed the white stockings with red glimmer paper and also added a red bow.

Along with the bundle, I used the following Stampin' Up! products:

Whisper White Thick Cardstock
Whisper White Cardstock
Red Glimmer Paper
Real Red Ink Pad
Brick Wall Textured Impressions Embossing Folder
Big Shot
Stampin' Dimensionals

I hope you enjoy my white on white project and all of the rest of the beautiful creations on this hop.  Please check out Joni Metra's blog for her awesome creation!

CYCI#99 Color Challenge

Hey friends!

This week at www.canyoucaseit.com it's all about color!

I love mostly traditional Christmas colors, but really any color combination can be fun.  I chose to go with the traditional red, white and green for this card:

I first saw this cute reindeer on Dena Rekow's Youtube channel here:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N7c_YFzxJfE

I just knew I had to CASE her reindeer and so I made a bunch of them to use on cards. I think I made about 40 and used mostly paper scraps for the punch art.  My desk was a mess!

I used the following Stampin' Up! products:

Real Red, Whisper White, Crumb Cake and Chocolate Chip Cardstock
Real Red Glimmer Paper
Holidays Fancy Foil Designer Vellum
Garden Green Ink Pad
Lighthearted Leaves Stamp Set
Tree Builder Punch
Owl Builder Punch
Star Punch from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack
Fun Flower Punch
Extra-Large Oval Punch
3/4" Circle Punch
1/2" Circle Punch
1/8" Striped Ribbon in Real Red
Stampin' Dimensionals
Wink of Stella (R) Glitter Brush in clear (sneak peek)
Chocolate Chip Stampin' Write Marker
Softly Falling Textured Impressions Embossing Folder

Come check us out at www.canyoucaseit.com and show us your favorite holiday colors!

Thanks for stopping by today!

CYCI36 Pick a Page

Happy weekend!

This week's challenge at canyoucaseit.com is to Pick a Page.

I chose the card on the upper right side of page 55 of the Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog because I wanted to try my new Kraft cardstock and I liked the angle of the card layers.  I also wanted to try some of my Holiday catalog goodies!

What do you think?  Kind of a different Christmas card, but I like it!

I used the following Stampin' Up! products:

Kraft Cardstock
All Is Calm Designer Washi Tape
All Is Calm Specialty Designer Series Paper
Frosted Sequins
Endless Wishes Stamp Set
Tree Punch
Lost Lagoon Ink Pad
Rhinestone Basic Jewels
1/8" Silver Ribbon
Coastal Cabana Stampin' Blendabilities

Now, it's your turn to head over to canyoucaseit.com to play along!

Have a great day,

Terri
