ICS Blog Hop-Picture Perfect Birthday

Hello and welcome to the Inspire, Create & Share January 2018 Blog Hop!  Our theme this month is a "Recipe for Sale-a-bration".  We wanted to showcase items that you could put together to earn a free Sale-a-bration item.
