Hello!
Welcome to the September ICS Blog Hop. Since it's back to school this month, it's all about teaching techniques.
I pulled out an oldie but a goody. It's called Triple Time Stamping. The illusion is in the layers.
I used the following Stampin' Up! products for this card:Emerald Envy and Whisper White Cardstock
Flower Patch Stamp Set
Flower Fair Framelits
Sweet Sugarplum, Flirty Flamingo and Emerald Envy Ink Pads
Emerald Envy 3/8" Ruched Ribbon
Rhinestone Basic Jewels
Stampin' Dimensionals
Measurements for Layers:
Light Cardstock (for stamping):
2" x 3 1/4"
3" x 4 1/4"
4" x 5 1/4"
Darker Cardstock (for layering):
2 1/4" x 3 1/2"
3 1/4" x 4 1/2"
5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4" (this is your A2 card base)
Instructions:
1. Tack light color pieces together (lightly).
2. Stamp.
3. Adhere each lighter stamped layer to it's corresponding darker color by size.
4. Layer with dimensionals.
5. Embellish as you wish.
Thank you for stopping by my blog on the hop today! Now it's time to check out Claudia's technique! She's got something great in store for us!
Have a great day!
