Welcome to the ICS Blog Hop for November 2017! Our theme this month is Fall For All and to showcase fabulous products from either the Stampin' Up! 2017-2018 Annual Catalog, or the 2017 Holiday Catalog. Both of these catalogs have great products to choose from and ideas to see.
I chose the popular Painted Harvest stamp set for my project and wanted to try a watercolor technique. I stamped the sunflower in Calypso Coral and then spritzed it with water to spread the ink. I did the same with the gorgeous leaves from this stamp set (which were stamped in Old Olive). For a contrasting bold image, I stamped over the watercolor image with the 2nd layer (the definition stamp for the sunflower) in Versamark Ink and used white Stampin' Emboss powder. I also embossed some leaves as well.
I also used the Pretty Label Punch (punched in Whisper White and Old Olive) to layer with the leaves (using the Leaf Punch from the Painted Harvest Bundle).
