Merry Day after Christmas and Happy New Year!

Hi there,
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! We celebrated with yummy hors d'oeuvres and mimosas at my sister-in-laws after getting up way too early to open gifts. Samantha woke up at 4:30 and inspected the tree to confirm that yes, Santa had shown up and left presents and taken some bites of his cookies and drank his milk. Good Santa! We waited until the ripe old hour of 6:00 AM to start the festivities.
Back to work tomorrow, but I wanted to post a couple of pictures of crafts I worked on for Christmas (Samantha too) and I also wanted to post a New Year's card I made today using my new Celebrate with Flourish cartridge. It's hard to see, but the word window on the front says "Celebrate".

Here's wishing everyone a wonderful 2011!
Take care,
Terri

Thankful

Hi there. Hope everyone is having a good November so far. This is my first attempt at making a banner. I used the Gypsy cut file from the Cricut online November 11th class. I cut the pieces using the Gypsy and my Cricut Imagine. Cartridges used were Sentimentals, Destinations, Storybook and Imagine Ancestry patterns cartridge. I also used Bazzill Basics paper and my Creative Memories leaf maker punch. At last but not least Making Memories eyelets and some cheapo raffia I got at the dollar store eons ago. I think it turned out ok!
But seriously, I wanted to make something that expressed how thankful I am that my husband is feeling better. It's been quite a year, but it's looking up. Sammie and I are truly thankful for Dean!

Have a good weekend everyone!
Terri
