ICS Blog Hop Homemade Holiday

Hi! Welcome to the December 2023 ICS Blog Hop! This month we are having a Homemade Holiday and showcasing anything but cards! #icsbloghop

I wanted to try this ornament craft with Stampin' Up!'s gorgeous Designer Series Paper.  I used the Shining Christmas Specialty Designer Series Paper and an ornament from the Dollar Tree.  I made a coordinating tag from the soon to be retired Sending Cheer bundle (which is on super sale right now).

Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Warm Wishes

ICS Blog Hop All About Christmas

ICS Blog Hop Mini Catalog Showcase

Hello and welcome to the September 2023 ICS Blog Hop!  This month, we are doing a mini-catalog showcase.  I used a few of the new products in the Stampin' Up! September-December 2023 Mini Catalog.  #icsbloghop

For this first card, I chose to make a Rocker card.  I had been wanting to try this type of card for a while and when I saw the Deckled Circles Dies in the mini catalog, I knew they were perfect.  There are 14 deckled circles dies in this set!  I also used the All About Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper and the new Pick of the Patch Stamp set and punch.  

For this top folder A2 card, I used the Pick of the Patch Stamp set and punch along with the All About Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper and the new Adhesive Backed Speckled Dots.

ICS Blog Hop Technique Showcase

 

Hi!  Welcome to the August 2023 ICS Blog Hop!  This month we are all showcasing techniques for your cardmaking and papercrafting.  I chose to make a couple of cards with pretty Designer Series Paper and the Paper Piecing technique.

Paper piecing is quick and easy!  The hardest part is picking out what gorgeous Stampin' Up! Designer Series Paper you want to use.  On these cards, I used the Inked Botanicals and Masterfully Made papers.

First you stamp the image on your cardstock and color with your favorite coloring tool.  Then, you stamp the same image again on your Designer Series Paper, fussy cut the parts you want to adhere to the stamped image and adhere.  Easy and gorgeous!

On this card I paper pieced the door and wheel wells of the Trucking Along truck and I cased the layout from Robin Armbrecht Fun With Triangles 3 Ways - Robin Armbrecht, Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - ReallyRobinStamps.com:

On this card I paper pieced the book stack as well as both of the birds' wings.
